Shopping Our collections and mixes of them are available at specialty retail locations. We thought you might like to have all our cards at your fingertips so we have also made them available on our website. Shipping Orders for in-stock products ship via UPS ground service within 2-3 business days of when we receive them. Shipping charges will apply. Presently, our site is only capable of shipping within the United States; however, if you have an international order, we would be happy to calculate the shipping and make additional payment accommodations for you. Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Returns At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during delivery, a claim must be filed within three (3) days of receiving, in order for us to replace your product. Taxes If your order is placed and shipped within California, you are required to pay taxes; the present rate is 9.25%. Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment. Privacy We do not share any of your information with outside parties so you can feel comfortable knowing you are protected. Our products are not mass-produced. They are made by artisans, packaged by hand and shipped with the utmost care. Slight irregularities are the mark of the maker.
